If you’re new here, you’re in the right place.
This is where you’ll learn what to expect on your first and second visit, how insurance works, and how to fill out your forms.

Our goal is simple:
We listen to you, explain clearly, and give you honest recommendations so you can decide what’s best for your health.

What to Expect at Your First Visit

Your first visit is all about understanding you, your health history, and what’s going on right now.

Step 1 – Check-In and Paperwork
You’ll check in at the front desk and we’ll help you with your paperwork.
Please arrive about 10–15 minutes early.
If you prefer, you can complete your new patient forms online before you come in.

Step 2 – One-on-One Conversation
You’ll sit down with Dr. Jean to talk about your main concerns, any past injuries, and your health goals.
This is your time to tell your story and ask questions.

Step 3 – Thorough Examination
We perform a detailed exam focused on your spine, nerves, posture, and how your body is moving.
For many people, we pay special attention to the upper cervical area at the top of the neck, because that area can affect the whole body.

Step 4 – Imaging if Needed
If needed, we may recommend X-rays or other studies.
These help us see what is happening under the surface and allow us to be as safe and precise as possible.

Step 5 – Next Steps
If it’s appropriate to begin care, we’ll explain your options.
In some cases, your first adjustment may happen the same day.
In other cases, we may wait until your second visit after reviewing all of your findings in detail.

Your Second Visit: Report of Findings

On your second visit, we sit down and go over what we found in clear, simple language.

We review:

• What we found during your exam and any imaging

• How these findings may relate to your pain or other symptoms

• How long it may take to see changes

• How often we recommend seeing you at first

• What your care will cost and what your insurance may cover

We encourage you to ask questions.
Our job is to explain and guide.
Your job is to decide how you want to move forward.

What Ongoing Visits Are Like

Follow-up visits are usually quicker than the first two.
We’ll check how your body is responding, make any needed adjustments, and update your plan as you improve.

Many patients appreciate that visits are focused, on time, and respectful of their schedule.

Insurance, Fees, and Payment Options

We never want money to be a surprise.
We’ll review costs with you before care starts.

We can help you with:

• Checking your chiropractic benefits with your insurance company

• Explaining what your plan may or may not cover

• Using HSA or FSA cards, when allowed by your plan

• Options for patients without insurance

Coverage and benefits are different for every plan.
On your first or second visit, we’ll review your benefits and explain your expected out-of-pocket costs before you commit to a plan of care.
