Message From Dr Jean Exume

I hope this message finds you and your family healthy and well.

We are planning to work our regular hours this week unless I get sick or the government recommends that Doctors of Chiropractic close their offices.

If you were in this past week you obviously noticed some new procedures such as the tables being cleaned with an antiviral solution between each adjustment, new chairs in the waiting area, diffusing anti-viral essential oils, not using iPads to sign in, recording temperature, not signing credit card slips and cleaning counter tops and door knobs with Clorox wipes regularly throughout the day. We are doing what we can to make the office environment as safe as possible.

Of course, if you or a family member have health issues that place you at a higher risk of complications from the Coronavirus my advice would be to stay home as much as possible in order to limit your exposure risk. I am willing to make house calls or make special arrangements in the office if necessary. If you need to cancel your appointment we totally understand and will be here for you when this situation is over.

If you are having any unusual symptoms (fever, sore throat, joint pains that aren’t typical for you and/or breathing problems) please stay home and contact a Medical Doctor if the symptoms worsen.

The current situation can be scary and stressful for all of us. I would encourage all to do what you can to keep your immune system strong. This would include eating more God made foods and less refined man made foods, exercising, getting adequate rest/sleep, reducing stress (only watching the news a few minutes per day) and having fun.

In health,

Dr. Jean
