Do I need a referral from my medical doctor?
No referral is needed for most patients. If your insurance plan requires a referral, we can help you check that before your visit.
Are X-rays required?
Not always. If Dr. Jean feels that imaging is needed to safely and accurately care for you, he will explain why and review the fees before anything is done.
Will my insurance cover the visit?
Many plans offer some coverage for chiropractic care. We will review your benefits and let you know what your plan may cover and what your portion is expected to be.
Can I use this $49 offer if I have Medicare or Medicaid?
No. Federal rules do not allow us to apply this type of promotional offer to Medicare or Medicaid cases. We’re happy to explain your options if you’re unsure how this applies to you.
Is upper cervical care safe?
Upper cervical care uses precise, gentle corrections focused at the top of the neck. There is no twisting or “yanking” of the head. If you have questions or concerns, we’ll talk through them before any care begins.
